Not a welcoming atmosphere for all races of people. The staff treated my family with disparity on several occasions and I was here very frequently. It doesn’t appear that the likes of black people are wanted in the facility they appear to make you feel very uncomfortable on one occasion the skinny loud short employee yelled at the top of her lungs at my son in front of everyone in the laundry mat because he sat on the folding table just as the other Mexican children were doing. On every occasion I go here I ask myself why do I spend my money here to be treated with discriminatory displays of unprofessionalism. The answer is convenience but convenience is not worth compromising integrity. If you are a person of color they will make you very uncomfortable because they do not want you there it speaks volumes of the establishment from the staff to other customers the place screams racism the behavior is uncanny and disheartening. I also called left a message for the manager and no one cared to follow up that was the confirmation needed.

Great service our washing machine was broken over the weekend dropped off our laundry super friendly service. Laundry was done in a timely manner.

Always clean and friendly, except for an older lady who is very rude. Otherwise I always do laundry here and like coming out here rather than doing laundry in St Charles.Siempre esta muy limpio y mantenido, único problema es una señora mayor que siempre es bien grosera. De todo modos me gusta mucho venir aquí a lavar mi ropa.
